Paleo is just a word that folks starting using to describe a diet that was in our view a more traditional diet based on Paleolithic man. It's turned into a terrible distortion of the meaning of a healthy whole foods based diet. This realistic class is a great introduction to the tenants of a dietary guideline that can be very healthy for many that subscribe to it.
