Teen summer cooking camp!!!

We are so so excited to finally announce the very first GLUTEN FREE - TEEN SUMMER COOKING CAMP AT CAFE AVALAUN!  

Sign up for the entire Teen Summer Cooking Class Series for a one of a kind summer camp experience unlike no other!  Learn valuable gluten free cooking tips and tricks from Chef and Certified Health Coach Brian Doyle, owner of Cafe Avalaun.    


You can also sign up for individual classes on the cooking class site.  

Classes start Monday June 12th!  All Classes will be held on Mondays from 2PM - 5:30 PM and teens will be able to invite their parents (or 2 guests) back at 5:30 at the end of each class to serve their guests the meals they prepared.  Under guidance of Chef Brian Doyle and Cafe Avalaun staff your teen will learn valuable real world gluten free cooking skills, tips and tricks! Class dates are:

6/12 (Farm to Table Cooking)

6/19 (Cupcake Battles)

6/26 (Cooking Around the World)

7/10 (Pasta and Pizza)

7/17 (Weird Food Science)

A parent or guardian is required to sign a release form before beginning of the first class. This form will also require you to list any other food allergies or sensitivities besides gluten.  We are a dedicated gluten and peanut free facility.  Please provide an email to send participant forms upon checkout when registering for classes, or please pick forms up at the cafe. Being a gluten free teen is hard enough and learning to cook in a world dominated by gluten is challenging.  Let Chef Brian and Cafe Avalaun help prepare your teen with real life hands on instruction on how to navigate a gluten free kitchen and prepare the foods that they often have to miss out on.
