For our first cooking class open to the public we are going to go straight to a very important lesson about maximizing a gluten-free lifestyle. Being gluten-free doesn't automatically = healthy. In fact, you can do more metabolic damage to your body on a GF diet if you are not careful. Learning that it’s healthier to go gluten free is only the first step. Whether you have been tested for gluten sensitivity/celiac or not, eating an anti-inflammatory diet is a good idea for all people.

This introductory class will show you some great recipes you can prepare at home, plus you’ll receive bonus recipes and tips for maximizing success. We’ll also share a list of foods and ingredients to avoid and include for cooking at home or eating out. TIP: Most restaurants are inflammatory, but Cafe Avalaun enables you to maintain a low inflammatory profile.
